(a) The Medium Term Financial Plan 2017/18 to 2020/21 (including the Treasury Management Policy and Annual Investment Strategy 2017/18) be approved
(b) The Prudential Indicators contained within the Medium Term Financial Plan, be approved with authorisation for managing and monitoring the authorised limit and operational boundary, delegated to the Chief Finance Officer
