Declaration of Interest

Councillor M Jones having Declared her Interest in this item left the Meeting for the consideration of this item.

Councillor L Mytton led the Council in detail through the ‘Capacity Exercise – Phase 2’ report.

A Member referred to a correction in relation to:

·         Appendix 1- ‘Principle’ should  read ‘Principal’

·         Paragraph 3.10 – Should read ‘September’ not ‘October’

These corrections were accepted.

Tributes were then paid to Sue Gow for her work with the Authority and best wishes were extended to Sue Gow on her Retirement.

Resolved subject to the foregoing that:

(a)  The proposed investment requirements detailed in Schedule 1 Part A in Appendix 1 be approved

(b)  The detail outlined in Schedule 1 Part B in Appendix 1 be noted

(c)  The proposed Housing Structure in Appendix 2 be approved
