Decision:

Members were advised that the first meeting of Scrutiny: Governance, Performance, Business Change and Corporate Services will be held on Monday, 29th June 2015.

 

RESOLVED that:

 

·         The changes to the Scrutiny, Audit and Planning Committees, set out in paragraphs 3.1.1. to 3.1.7., be approved.

 

Customer Services Scrutiny Committee to be known as Neighbourhood Services and Public Protection Scrutiny Committee  -  not to include “incorporating Crime and Disorder”.

 

Councillor Howard Barrett be appointed to the vacancy on the Regeneration, Planning and Countryside Scrutiny Committee.

 

            Councillor Allan Jones be appointed to the vacancy on the Social   Services Scrutiny Committee. 

 

·         The membership of the Standards and Appeals Committees, set out in paragraphs 3.1.8 and 3.1.9., be ratified.

 

Councillor Clive Tovey be appointed to the vacancy on the Appeals Committee.

 

·         The changes to the Cabinet Portfolios be noted.
