Councillor L Davies Declared his Interest in Item Three – Issuing of a Section 188 Letter to Trades Unions as his wife is a Council employee.

Councillor D Roberts advised that he had sought clarity on Item Three – Issuing of a Section 188 Letter to Trades Unions as it did not deal with individual staff members as it was a 188 Letter and he did not think that he had to declare an Interest and enquired if this was correct.
