To consider report of the Chief Officer Neighbourhood Services

Minutes:

Councillor H Barrett referred the Committee to the ‘Land at Brondeg, Heolgerrig – Disposal of Council’s Freehold Interest’ report and advised that since the preparation of the report another offer had been received.

 

Councillor Barrett then gave details of the offer and proposed an amendment to the recommendation together with a further recommendation.

 

Resolved that:

 

The recommendation as amended as outlined in Paragraph 2.1 of the report be approved together with the further recommendation as proposed by Councillor Barrett.
