(a)  The maximum weekly charge be increased to the maximum that will be allowed by the Welsh Government of £90 per week and that the increase in charge will be effective from the 7 April 2019 be agreed

(b)  The maximum charge be automatically increased to match the maximum charge allowed by the Welsh Government be agreed.  It is anticipated that this will mean the maximum charge increasing to £100 per week in April 2020
