Minutes: Councillor E Galsworthy having declared his interest in the item left the meeting for the consideration of the item. Application Construction of solar photovoltaic farm with associated infrastructure, including access tracks, invertor stations, duo cabinet sub stations, storage room, temporary compound, fencing, security cameras and landscaping. Resolved that: A Fact Finding visit be convened. Members requested that the Heritage and Conservation Officer and the Landscape Architect be in attendance.

Minutes: Councillor E Galsworthy returned to the meeting. Application Residential Development Planning Officer David Cross issued the committee with an updated map of the proposed site and then led the committee in detail through the report. Resolved that: In accordance with the recommendation of the Head of Planning the Planning Application be approved subject to the conditions outlined in the report.
