Application

Change of use of ground floor from shop (A1) to shop and takeaway (A1/A3)

The Planning Officer introduced the application to the committee and highlighted the salient points.

The following questions were raised by the committee and were responded to by the Planning Officer:

·         Will there be an increase to traffic as a result of the change of use which will exacerbate an already congested part of the village

·         What type of hot food does this change of use allow

After consideration by the committee it was

Resolved that:

In accordance with the recommendation of the Head of Planning and Countryside the Planning Application be approved subject to the conditions as outlined in the report.

The Delegated Decision Report be received.

The Chair advised that there was no business deemed urgent.
