Application

Change of use from school (Use Class D1) to a bunk house (Sui Generis) and the provision of a new car park area.

Planning Officer David Cross led the committee in detail through the report.

Councillor Ernie Galsworthy arrived at 4.05pm.

Resolved that:

In accordance with the recommendation of the Head of Planning the Planning Application be approved subject to the conditions outlined in the report.

Resolved that:

A Fact Finding visit be convened. Members requested that the Rights of Way Officer, Highways Officer, Environmental Health Officer, Tourism Officer and the Heritage Officer be in attendance.

Resolved that:
