Trwydded Cerbyd Hurio Preifat / Private Hire Vehicle Licence (KL) Ystyried adroddiad Cyfarwyddwr Corfforaethol Lleoedd a Gweddnewid. To consider report of the Corporate Director Place and Transformation.
Minutes: Councillor A Jones and Councillor H Barrett having declared their interest in this item left the meeting for the consideration of the item.
Simon Jones referred to the Licensing Committee Meeting that had been held earlier in the day and gave details of the Meeting to the Committee.
Simon Jones then referred to the Private Hire Vehicle Licence report and advised that with regard to the recommendation, condition 3(a) should in fact be condition 4.1.
Questions were then raised by the Committee and were answered in detail by Simon Jones.
Resolved that:
In determination of this matter, and taking into account the circumstances of the case, Councillors waive condition 4.1 of the council’s Private Hire vehicle conditions and allow the vehicle to be licensed as a Private Hire vehicle. |
