Erection of 10 Detached Dwellings

 

The Planning Officer led the Committee through the application with the assistance of a Power Point Presentation.

 

The following questions were then raised by the Committee on the proposal and were responded to in detail by the Planning Officer:

 

·        Clarification sought on the siting of the garages

·        Clarification sought on the roads in front of the properties

·        Is the name of the Building Firm known

·        Clarification sought in relation to the green buffer behind the garages and the view from the School playing field

·        Clarification on the entrance gate and visibility of the road

·        Will there be warning signs in relation to vehicles exiting

·        Have Cyfarthfa High School been made aware of the proposals

 

Resolved that:

 

In accordance with the recommendation of the Head of Town Planning and Countryside RESERVED MATTERS BE APPROVED subject to the Conditions as outlined in the report.

The recommendation as outlined in Paragraph 2.1 (a) of the report be approved and a Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence be granted.
