Proposed conversion of Wesley Chapel into six self contained flats with associated external works including new dormers to the northern and southern elevations


The Planning Officer led the Committee through the application and advised of the amended plan had been submitted and that as a result of the revised proposal the parking provision for the proposed development had been increase from six to nine off-road parking spaces.  The revised layout had been considered by the Head of Engineering and Highways and no objections had been raised to the proposal.


Resolved that:


In accordance with the recommendation of the Head of Town Planning and Countryside that the application be Approved subject to the Conditions as outlined in the report
