Provision of 29 Camping Pods, Changing Village, Vehicle Workshop, Children’s Play Area and Associated Access, Drainage and Landscape Infrastructure

The Planning Officer led the Committee through the application with the assistance of a Power Point Presentation.

Questions were then raised in relation to Drainage and were responded to in detail by the Planning Officer.

Comments were also made by the Committee on the application.

Resolved that:

In accordance with the recommendation of the Head of Town Planning and Countryside the application be APPROVED subject to the Conditions as outlined in the report.
