Mrs Wood declared her personal and prejudicial interest in item 3 as she has dealings with VAMT and the extra item as she is a member of Bedlinog Community Council.

Mrs A Harris be granted dispensation in accordance with Paragraphs 2(d) (f) and (g) of the Standards (Grant of Dispensation) (Wales) Regulations 2001 and be entitled to speak but not vote on any matter relating to the topic of Community Safety Matters when being discussed at Chief Executive and Corporate Centre Scrutiny Meetings
