The Planning Officer outlined the application and used plans of the proposed development to assist the committee.
The following questions were raised by the committee and answered in detail by the Planning and Highways Officers in attendance.
· Parking and signage for the site
· Mains water and waste disposal
· Holidays lets only and no long term accommodation available on site
· Use of the farm house when renovated
· Highway safety
· Electric Pylons – the committee requested that the Planning Department re-consult with Western Power Distribution due to their lack or response.
· Telegraph Poles and Substation
