Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence

To consider report of the Chief Executive

Minutes:

Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence (LT)

 

The Committee considered the application for a Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence as submitted by (LT) in respect of a Vehicle to be licensed as a Hackney Carriage.

 

Questions were then raised by the Members on the application and were responded to in detail by the applicant.

 

These findings are now to be considered at the Planning, Regulatory and Licensing Committee when the application is considered on whether to grant a Hackney Carriage Vehicle for the Vehicle discussed at the Committee.
