Presentation presented by Sarah Hopkins of Bishop Hedley High School regarding Covid Response and Recovery. Questions raised regarding how schools would respond in the case of another Winter Lockdown, S.Hopkins provided further details on lessons learned and provisions made if a Winter Lockdown was to arise.

 

Further presentation presented by Louise Bibby of Gwaunfarren Primary School regarding Covid Response and Recovery. No further questions. All in agreement with the recommendation.

-       2.2 How well does the service understand and take advantage of opportunities for collaboration and partnership working? - Adequate

 

-       2.3 How well does the service understand and use the sustainable development principle (the five ways of working)? - Adequate

 

-       2.4 Support for school improvement, vulnerable learners and other education support services - Adequate 

 

Concerns raised regarding attendance figures, efforts to be concentrated on tackling both physical and remote non-attendance.

 

Questions raised regarding what support is available for vulnerable groups.

 

Response by Chris Hole outlining the support delivered by behavioural and outreach groups.
