Is it normal to have this kind of Scrutiny on estyn reports?


Would it be possible to invite guest speakers to discuss promoting Welsh education and the advantages and barriers related to it?


Could we arrange a visit for sixthform colleges and secondary schools to discuss the transition period?

Regarding mandatory training why is understanding school data still mandatory?


Why isn’t safeguarding mandatory training?


Regarding 4.6 what is the situation with capacity?


Regarding 5.1 what is the current level of vacancies and what is the department doing to reduce vacancies?


Referring to 5.2 who is on the LA Governor appointment panel?


Referring to 5.4 how many governor support officers are there?


Do all schools have executive governors?


Referring to 5.7 are there any schools that are not proactive in their self-evaluation?


Do you measure or account?


Do all schools have a development plan?


Regarding 5.9 Some authorities do not have the same level of support and are more autonomous. Do you think because of the level of support are the governing bodies confident enough to know the responsibility that falls on them?


Could you provide background to 5.24?


What difference will the Self-evaluation toolkit that Welsh Government is working on make? And when will it be active?


Are we at risk of onerous feedback?


Regarding HR Policies, with poor attendance how does it impact the schools and the morale?
